    General questions:

    • How do I delete my account?

    If you want to delete your account, contact us at email: We make sure to deactivate your profile entirely.

    • How do I change my password / forgot password?

    You can easily change your password under the “your profile” menu. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot password” after clicking on the “sign in”.

    Questions concerning you as a client:

    • How do I post a mission?

    You can quickly post a mission free of charge by pressing the button “Post a mission ” or” Do my laundry”on the website.

    3.Set a price that reflects what you are prepared to pay for the mission – voila, your mission will now be created and you can sit back in peace until one of our Washypoppers placing a bid.

    • How do I know when a Washypopper can help me?

    Once you have set up a mission, you get a short answer of various Washypoppers (persons performing missions) that will ask you to carry out your specific mission. You will also receive an email and / or text message with information about your mission and who are interested. You can then quietly check out the Washypopper that fits you best. You can click on their name to read more about them, see what reviews they received and see what rating they received from the missions they performed earlier.

    • How do I contact a Washypopper who can help me?

    Inside on your mission page you can see the Washypoppers that signed up to help. Before you choose any of these you can ask questions and contact them via live chat that is available on the mission page. To select a Washypopper simply click on the “Accept” on the bid amount in the bottom of the page. Once you’ve decided to hire someone, you are asked to deposit the money in a trust account, which is kept in safe custody and will be paid to the Washypopper when you are happy and the job is done.

    • What if something happens and the Washypopper is not able to carry out my mission or if I can´t get in touch with my Washypopper?

    If you for some reason can not get in contact with your Washypopper or the person can not show up, you should email us at Then we will try to find another Washypopper immediately.

    • How do I mark that the mission is completed and approved?

    Once you have received help and the mission is completed, you log in, click on your mission and then click “accept mission”. Once you approved the mission, the money is transfered to the Washypopper.

    • How to pay?

    After you select a Washypopper by clicking on the “Accept”, you simply pay the money with PayPal to a Washypop account where the money is kept in safe custody. This is a service we provide. We keep the money safe until both parties have fulfilled their obligations. Payment is easy and safe through our website. If the Washypopper against all expectations, would not show up, you get your money back.

    • How much should I pay?

    You choose what price you’re willing to pay. To increase the number of Washypoppers who are interested in doing your mission you should price the mission at a reasonable level. One adwise is to estimate how many hours you think it will take and what you’re willing to pay per hour.

    • Can I start performing missions if i have already signed up as a client?

    No, but it is easy to create a new profile as a Washypopper.

    • Does it cost anything to create a mission and make an inquiry?

    No, it costs you nothing to put out a request for help. We charge a small agency fee to the washypopper instead.

    • How long does it take to get an answer from the Washypopper who want to carry out my mission?

    It depends, but in most cases tend to have an answer within minutes. We are growing now very fast and constantly get more Washypoppers with skills.

    • Can I hire more people?

    You can print in your request / description that you are looking for several people (Ex. 2 Washypoppers wanted), but the payment goes to one person. They will then split the money among themselves.

    • Can I cancel / delete a mission?

    You can easily delete a mission if you do not receive any bid or simply change your mind. You do this by clicking the trashcan in mission details.

    • How can I trust a Washypopper?

    All our Washypoppers go through checks to ensure quality and safety. With us it’s all about reliability. You can see for yourself in every Washypoppers profile, if they reviews from previous missions. As a client, you have the opportunity to give opinion on the Washypopper you hired.

    But even then as you can read in the Washypop terms 2.1:

    When interacting with other Users, you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons whom you don’t know.

    • How do you do with taxes?

    The purchase and sale of mission and services can have a tax liability of various kinds. Users are solely responsible for any tax consequences that may arise as a result of the use of the service Washypop provides for the delivery of services and mission. Washypop refer users to the Tax Agency in the country where the user is liable to pay tax for information on issues relating to tax.

    Issues relating to you as a Washypopper:

    • How do I become a Washypopper and carry out missions?

    To become a Washypopper, you need to have  an account. It can easily be done by pressing the button “Become a Washypopper” and then sign up with your e-mail or. To provide the best service possible, we will then ask you to fill in some easy steps. Once this is done, just go! Once you have an account, you can see in the map if there is new missions in your area.(Missions Nearby) You can also search among the recent missions under “Find Mission”.

    • What does it mean to accept a mission?

    When you place a bid on a mission, you should see it as binding, you should keep the time and date open so that the client can choose you. Therefore, make sure you still have the opportunity to help as long as the mssion is active. Then you should be sure that you can help. If you are prevented, notify the client!

    • How do I know if I have been selected to carry out the mission?

    If you have been chosen you will get a notification. You should then contact each other without delay to match the time and date for the last time.

    • How do I get paid?

    If there is a mission approval from both the Washypopper and the client, the money is released to a digital wallet at Paypal. You will receive an e-mail from Paypal when the order is approved, by clicking on the link contained in the email, you can access your money. You do need to create an account with Paypal to get access to your money. The money can then be transferred to the bank account connected with Paypal. Paypal is a leading global payment service provider that has secure transactions. The mission will presently the Washypopper a broker fee of 10% per executed order.

    • Can I take several missions on the same day?

    Sure you can! As long as the missions can be performed within the specified timeframe. Remember that your ratings and reviews are dependent on the missions done on time, so make sure you do not take on more than you can deliver with a smile!

    • How do I decline a mission that I had been hired for?

    If you have already been hired you can not refuse the mission. You can reject a mission by deleting the bids you placed, before the contractor chosen you. It is therefore important that you are sure you can perform the mission before you place a bid. If something unexpected happens, please contact the customer and try to change the time and date. If this is not possible, you can also contact us and we’ll try to help you!

    • I have questions about a specific mission and want to know more about it?

    On each mission there is a chat. Here you can simply write your questions directly to the customer. Remember never to print the phone number or email address to protect your privacy.

    • What do you do with taxes?
